»[PracticePvP] Mute Durations and YouTube rank

Hello everyone!

Today I'm Announcing the introducal of new, significantly lowered Mute durations for PracticePvP exclusively.


Of course, I will not review them, and I discourage everyone from trying to figure them out. The main purpose of this move was to walk-along with the rest of Practice servers as regards Chat punishments, as being muted for a lot longer than what it'd usually take for someone to calm down could have an effect on our playercount.

Moving on, aXed has agreed in the introducal of a

[YouTube] rank.

The Requirements, so far, are:​

• 500 YouTube subscribers
• Somewhat of a clean mute/ban history
• Mature Behaviour
• View count will be discussed, depending on the Contender for it

Of course, they are subject to change, as he has not made a post about it yet, but those are basically the key requirements.

The Perks are a Custom YouTube prefix, TAB title, Global Legend and some more cosmetics.

This was decided long ago, but as you can see, there are not many with such sub count

A youtube rank? Im finna be a youtuber

 

At least now there’s a proper enforced rank which can be earned by players who are interested in obtaining it. Hopefully they’ll be some players who meet the requirements.

And the Practice mute durations are a lot more fairer regarding accusing players of hacks - a lot of players tend to accuse than report and to punish them for 6 hours is too excessive and can frustrate people so the changes are quite ideal for a PvP based server alongside the /punish plugin. I’d like to see something like that moreso on other servers like Eggwars, Skywars etc.
