»A Purge of the Unjust?

About 2-3hrs ago was when Therez started his raid upon Factions by using the account of donald, he caused chaos in the server, giving OP to countless players and going on a random ban spree. This is not the subject of this post though, it is the possibility of the involvement of other staff in this atrack. As @Vojkea had stated in discord, Therez did not do this alone, this was already planned long before. He talks of evidence that lead back the many of the well known staff members. Now reader, I ask if such events were to be verified, would there be a great purge of staff members? If so then who would fill the void that they would leave in their absence? What does this mean for the future factions and Guildcraft as we know it?

Ps.
Does this mean that GC is going to reevaluate their staff application requirements?

i bet Frxq won't be any much different. Some staff here just need to be perma banned (not talking about Frxq).
And yes i would like to have all staff removed (Even H-As). so random h-a don't appoint their friends as h-a of another server aka power hungry buddies.. and ya know who i am talkin about ))

Stop talking already. If you really want staff, disrespecting the entire staff team isn’t a great way about going with it.

 

I am not disrespecting all the staff member. some staff deserve their position and some don't. and a small portion of those who don't deserve staff are really bad for the staff team and GC in genera.
And some Players deserve Mod and higher but as i said. some staff are just... eh
It isn't you. i wish you the best. but some of them are just straight no.

 

How can you tell what a staff member does behind the scenes without being staff? You cant, lots of our staff do things like organizing events, help out head admins with stuff and even aXed. If you feel someone deserves mod, applications are always open, theres no shame in applying, because whats the worse that can happen? you get denied and try again in a month.

Unfortunately picking trustworthy Staff is not easy, at all, especially if you consider this is Minecraft we're talking about, and maturity is pretty much an unknown word to the majority of people.

As you can see, a player above asks us to disregard everyone's past, and start promoting older players while it is those older players who can not be trusted one bit.

One of the main reasons Heads, myself included, make false decisions, judging by the outcome, as regards picking Staff, is because there are around 50 people who wish to become Staff, when 1/50 of those people is suitable for the job, and when a Head is in urgent need of staff, they will inevitably make a mistake.
