    Hey Lucifer I hope you'r having a great day but I am sorry to inform you that admins do not ban hackers without video evidence. Next time try to record the hacker with either OBS(https://obsproject.com/download) or BandiCam(https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/) . I do personally would suggest you to download OBS.
