»how can i login into guildcraft

i always tried to login i even make a account on the forum so i can login but i still cant login even i do /login everytime even i register my password and i type /login <my password> it keep saying wrong password

It seems like you may need your password reset so you can start anew and rejoin the network, and I'll tell you how!

To get your password reset, please make a support ticket here; https://www.guildcraft.org/support/

Press Submit New Ticket
Department; Forgotten Server Password

i cant press open when i fill everything up it say

Hello,

Fill in:

Title- Password Reset

IGN- your minecraft username

Last login - the date you were last able to use your password and log onto the server

Select whether you donated

In the last box "additional information", explain you need a password reset, and anything else that may help the staff who review your request.

 

I did this but it still doesn't work

 

Type something in that text box too. a "." should suffice.

 

oh thanks. and also i just need to wait after Head-Admin to proceed my tickets and then i can register new password?

Glad to see you were able to make a support ticket! You'll receive a reply soon looking like this;

Your new password is now "XxXxXXXxXXx"
Once you join the server, write in /login "XxXxXXXxXXx"
Once you're fully connected into the server, we advise to change your password to something more memorable. To do so, please type in: /changepassword "XxXxXXXxXXx" "yournewpassword"

Hi @joyfulkoko , if what I read is correct you were not able to register when you joined. If the registration message did not come up when you first entered someone may already have used that username to enter the server and you may need to use another IGN.

Hope you get this rectified soon.
