kinda like hide and seek only that in the chat a msg appers saying "A diamond block was hiden at (playername) plot!Find it to recive awsome rewards!" If the player finds it they will get 100 or more $ (just my idea) I came up with this cuse i need 1k$ badly and i think there shoud be a game mode or something. The player who finds it will be said in chat example: EmmyvsEmm found the tresure!Your reward is x $!

I don't think that even possible to make it glow, maybe add some particles around it? and no it's a bad idea.
I think this is a great idea as it will further increase interaction and activity in the server. It will also stand out from other servers.
