»IP banned, always high ping and kickout in lobby

i experience this 4 weeks ago that our connection in gc are getting worst everyday... IP banned and now im always kickout in the lobby or worst disconnected.. me and my friends, some issue lagging... every 12hrs there was a restart.... we are still lagging and high ping... our internet are good we can watch movie or download fast but here we are always high ping and kickout... we are from Phillipines... we are playing here almost 5 years, same internet... please help us sir @aXed

 

Hello @mikee31, According to ban-manager you are not banned. Try restarting your router. The lag on the servers will be fixed by the owner himself.

 

@Swag_Fox i can fix that but always kickout in lobby and high ping? but when i watching movie its fast and also downloading...

 

Because you live in the Philippines, and the server is hosted in the Netherlands, you will always have high ping. Unless you consider moving somewhere else it won't help. Also, you're IP is not banned there is an ongoing issue with people getting that message including myself.

 

Or we can get more hosts in different areas in the world such as an US host, EU and AU?

 

It's maybe your connection because you do live in the Philippines.
