This is two suggestions the first being queue Queue When you want to join a team with your clan at the start but there's only a maximum of 3 people in each team at the start and when the game starts everyone starts spamming that team and if your the first person spamming, the chances are someone else will be in the team before you but if we had like a queue system where if the team is full but your the first one trying to get in the team when the first space is free, you would be the first person to join. E.g you try to join a team but it's full and you click the sign or person it will say team full queue 1/3. Events My second suggestion is events. Most people enjoy events and want them week so my idea is every week, before friday we have a well and we have to donate xp and try to get to 100%. If the well gets to 100%, then we would have an event either random or 2 options e.g it could be 100% cooldown or random kits. Also, it does not have to be events like this, it could be like challenges where you only have a couple of kits which everyone gets and you have to try and win or something like that. To make sure it's just a couple of people donating it, it could be a maximum xp you can donate per day.
Queue: This wont be needed if random team joining gets implemented on all lobbies. Events: I agree. Events are fun and make new people come to anni .
I agree with the queue if random teams does get enabled but if clan wars does come out, we all want some practice being on the same team and practising the most efficient methods to things e.g how many people to rush, how many defending etc.
