Plus i agree many staffs are inexperienced here but still its just a game server why get soo much serious . Maybe use that 1/2 fraction of seriousness in your real life will payoff nicely xD.

Well and as far as the owner is considered i think he is still holding up the server pretty nice .

Sem, im actually depressed to see you go. You are an incredible human being that is constantly being put down. I saw something in you other staff members couldn't see, all because their eyes were in their backs, instead of in front. I was always able to count on you to fill in to host events for me, all I had to do was ask. You were an incredible event planner, organizer, and hoster. As a friend, I could always call you and know you'd pick up, even if it was 1 am for you, you'd always pick up. I could talk to you during hard times and know that you would listen to me and help me get through it. I truthfully hope you come back because I will miss you with all my heart.
