Armor stand and hopper should be made put more in a chunks because it cause problems for people who try to build something that uses a lot of hopper and armor stand, this would stop they creativity in building stuff
The limitations are in place to prevent lag issues, to get around the hopper limitations though you can use the intersecting point of 4 chunks and build dead center of that. If you need more hoppers then that consider instead using work around's rather then copy pasting something directly from YouTube with an excessive amount of hoppers for sorting ect
