So basically i call this

Basically there will be 3 keys and there will be 3 houses. The 3 houses are owned by a fighter , a millionaire and the king of mobs. I suggest we have 3 different areas for this.

Fighter
So the fighter's house will contain op gears such as the ones from previous event (prot 5 unb 4 armours) , gapples , potions (extended duration potions) . He can also have a sharp 6 unb4 sword which grant you permanent fire resistance when holding it. His area will be the same as the previous event 400x400 sand pit. Basically they will be alot of chests so people get a chance to get something out of this event even if they do not find the key to the house.

Millionaire
The millionaire's house will contain items such as Mythical key , Rare key and uncommon key. There will also be a special key that will give you a 100% chance to get a permanent kit. His house will be located behind a maze. Similarly , there will be chests lying around in the maze too to ensure everyone gets something. The key will be located at a random location in the maze to ensure it's fair for all.

King of Mobs
The king of mobs' house will contain a sharp 5 looting 5 sword and 1 IG spawner. His house will be located above sea and his area will be a box with about 20 blocks high of water and chests all around. Chests could contain creeper eggs and villager eggs.

Alternative

Fighter
You will need to fight a boss and the boss will drop a key and a bunch of other stuff such as IVs , gapples , etc. Whoever gets the key will get to enter the house for more loots. Area will remain the same except there wont be chests anymore.

Millionaire
The millionaire's house will be located in a forest and there will be chests lying around like before. One of the chest will summon a baby zombie which is not only strong , but small and fast. The baby zombie will then drop the key to the house upon death.

King of Mobs
You will have to fight off a bunch of mobs such as zombies , skeletons , zombie pigmen. They will drop random items such as gears and gapples and sometimes even spawners. And one of the mobs will drop the key to the king of mobs' house when killed.

I really like the concept of your idea, we could definitely create a fun event with this. Thank you for sharing your creative suggestions <3

you can always use mythic mobs to create bosses.
