»Cannot get out of the lobby

Hey. I can join the server but I am stuck in the lobby. The screen is black and I can't do anything. It tells me to login over and over again and it's sending me to auth2, then auth3, auth4, auth6 and so on. And I am pretty much stuck in the lobby. And no, it's not a network issue. My internet works fine.
Please tell me what to do.

Try to relog a few times. That solved the problem for me

 

You are entering the wrong password
Make a support ticket if you don't remember the password

 

yeah u are either entering the wrong password or re-log and come.cause the same thing happened to me once and i re-logged and it worked

 

Problem solved. Thanks. By the way I was entering the right password but it just didn't work. Now that I relogged it works fine.
