»Forgot my Guildcraft Password

I forgot my guild craft password so I cant login to change it. Please help me I tried making a support ticket but it was not working and I just bought an unban so I'm very worried ATM. In the picture what would happen is I would put it my password and it would just send me into another lobby and ask me to put it in again. Can somebody help me resolve this issue?
