he was lagging you can tell after his sudden burst of kb that is going up since hes laggy , he must have been delayed on his screen. Laggers ftw

He was lagging a bit, at 0:20 in the second video which Jarod12 points out. It looks like he was lagging not fps wise, but rather ping, as it most likely appeared that you were still in front of him, even after a couple seconds had past because of his 300ms ping. He had a few of those setbacks throughout the second video, but this one was the most notable. Therefore no punishment will be given this time, but feel free to record him if you come across him, but make sure to record his bars to get a look at his connection. Sorry but denied.
