Description/Explaining: I was just muted for 'countdown spam' and the mute appeal section didn't work, and I'm a bit padantic so I thought I might as well report that I thought my mute was unfair here.

I had read the rules previously, and re read them. there is spam, however there is not countdown spam. I have seen people flood and spam in full caps around 12 times without action, and I feel it is unfair to say I should be muted for counting down into a fight from 5 to warn someone. again, I have seen people count multiple times without a warning or mute.

I would like to inform you that countdown still counts as spam because if you think about it you're still spamming the chat. And as for these "people" you saw flooding and spamming the chat in full caps around 12 times are probably already muted but the mute notifications don't show in chat over here on prison, and if they were NOT muted there was probably no staff members online at the time, so what you should do in that case is take screenshots and report them on the forums in the assigned section.

And for issues like this I do take screenshots for EVERY single mute I give. Proof will be attached to this reply.

In conclusion, mute stays.
