Description/Explaining: Someone just went on our faction and started killing me various time, when out of nowhere it said my faction didn't had a territory and couldn't do /f home

 

If you keep getting killed you loose power and if you dont have enough power your land can be overclaimed.
do /f pow to check your power and /f show and it will show how much your land and power and your max power.

 

This is allowed in factions, this is a major part of the gameplay. This is referred to as overclaiming. To prevent this, you can keep your power up so you are not overclaimed.
