I am going to describe everything here and what actions I would like to be taken.
I have been muted by bunny2hot4u2c when I was asking for a mod to msg me. it was labelled 'spam'
I don't believe spam is 3 messages in a chat then stopping. I would like to be unmuted, as I believe it is unfair that when I player is attempting to contact a mod, and puts 3 messages in chat he is muted, yet a person can say: free diamonds tpa! 9 times in a relatively small time and have no actions taken.

also, the reason I have been trying to contact a mod was that I now believe IGs are unusable and illegal items, and I have invested a long time trying to get the money for some.
I would like to have my IGs that I bought removed and my money back from buying them.

I'm not sure how this will sound to a staff, so understand I have written this not attempting to be malicious in any way.

Dear Dawrecker21,

Rules are rules and no matter what you are spamming, you will be punished. You have had multiple punishments in the past aswell so you should know the rules by now. I was really busy at the time moderating the chat so I didn't have time to message you.
As far as I know the mute will stay since you indeed spammed, which isn't allowed even if it is to contact a staff member.
I am sadly unable to help you out with your problem though, you would have to contact a higher staff member for that. ( I will tag @Melon333 the headadmin for you)

Also, next time please make your unmute request in the right department which is "unmute/unban request".

please can you tell me which punishments I have had before. I'm not sure I hav had any except a factions mute for something a few years ago. also, how long will the mute be for?

I have also had no help regarding my iron golem investments.

 

I am not online atm but I can guarantee you you have had punishments in the past, I always check it whenever I mute someone.
As far as the iron golem investment, I'm not quite sure if you can get this money back. Patiently wait for @Melon333 to help you out, I really can't help you with that, I'm sorry.
