• Any mods which have no effect to gameplay such as Pixelmon or Auto-Respawn.

Anything that only affects the way you view minecraft is fine

 

These mods are hella old. Players these days use mods not in that list which is allowed now cux it has no effect on gameplay, mods like labymod, toggle sprint, old animations etc...
aXed should update the mods list to make it a bit clear to the present players
