    Someone on practice said it isn't...

    CB is 1.7.10 so I dont think GC supports 1.7.10 anymore or I am wrong?

    even IF it was 1.8x the won't be allowed cuz some mods in cheatbreaker are not allowed in GC

    I believe all of cheatbreakers mods are allowed on guildcraft. Maybe rei's minimap may be overruled but for the time being as cheatbreaker is only 1.7 thread is locked. *Just a side-note, cheatbreaker is being in the works for 1.8 so there's no reason to think of it as of yet as guildcraft only supports 1.8 clients.
