my username is Gentleman098 its about 30mins i cant get my titan rank it say i need too wait 15 mins too get my goods but it still didnt work help me plzz

 

First, try doing /redeemperks in-game. If that doesn't work, make a support ticket and a staff member will look into it. The support ticket button is next to the forums button at the top of the webpage. It might take a while for it to be looked into though, so please be patient and don't worry.

From what I experienced, after you made your purchase, an email should be sent to you (by PayPal) with the transaction ID etc, maybe you can provide that as an evidence in the support ticket.

You have to resolve this issue via a support ticket, not here.
