»Unjustified Ban

Guildcraft team and staff,

You were one of my favorite servers when I first moved to the 1.7.10 version of Minecraft, now I have never hacked in my life nor do I plan to, so imagine my surprise when I attempt to visit my old favorite server and I come and see that I am banned for "hacking".

I have not been on Guildcraft for several weeks and I usually only go to egg wars so how come I have a 27 day ban for "killaura" and anti-knockback. This is completely false I have not even been on the server for a while. I also find it very offensive that there is someone believing that I am hacking. The issue is its not even hacking. People simply download these softwares from the internet so the proper name is exploiting which I don't do either. I would like this to be cleared up immediately and it is CarveKing who has performed this ip ban. And no I am not on an ip that is public. I demand that this is fixed, I am a member of this server who has never even considered pursuing any outside software to improve my gaming efficiency because at the end of it all, who cares? It is simply a game, it is way to excessive to do what your staff is proposing I have done. This is a serious blunder on your part and I want this re-examined. Please respond to this post as soon as possible because I sincerely would like this resolved for I am not the type of person to do this and I am very displeased.

False ban?

 

Yes I could not find the area to appeal bans, I took all the time I had available to look so I simply decided to post in an area for "help".

If this is your account it means you're not banned. Probably your ip is banned.
To solve this you need to restart your router or disable any vpn progams!

 

Alright well I, unfortunately, shouldn't do that so I am not sure the best course of action now.

 

Restarting his router only helps if he has a dynamic ip adress, if it's not, the assigned ip adress wont change if he restarts it, but only if he calls his internet-provider.

So he's either using a vpn, evading a ban or he is just very unfortunate.
