If I have 40 Mute in Annihilation and I never got heavy or normal ban that means I will get Ban?!

Can an admin put this in the right section?

1) Wrong Section
2)The mutes after the new rules count , any old mutes dont

If u have 20 mutes after the new rules , ur gonna get banned for 10 days
If u have 25 mutes after the new rules , ur gonna get permanently banned
