I've been waiting for a reply on a support ticket I've opened under the category of "high" importance which I was told doesn't take more than 2 days to get answered, and yet I've been waiting for 3 days and I haven't got a reply, what is this? Don't tell me to be patient or some bullshit like that, the situation I'm dealing with should not take more than 10 minutes to answer, due to the fact it's a matter of looking at the evidence and unbanning me since it's that obvious. If you're wondering what did I do to get banned, well I've made a euro deal with "sliverkynnn" back in the day and it seems like he decided to chargeback which I have nothing to do with and I should be unbanned instantly. I know you don't want to here this but the simple answer is infact be patient. aXed and xph11 are busy constantly and 3 days without guildcraft isn't the end of the world.
