    Name of offenser : clearly ignoring me and chaoblue .this i just one screeshot but this admin only replys to frxq15 and doesn't even care that a player is asking for help .

    Although it may seem like he is ignorning you I am sure he is not. I've been in this same situation when players try to talk to me but don't get a response. Admins are very busy they have 4 different ingame chats that people talk to them so it is likely that sometimes one gets missed. Just be patient.

    Staff have to watch all 4 of those, making posts like these doesnt help.
    And you can always contact staff over Discord, if one doesnt reply look for another staff member to help you.
    If you got muted then make an unmute request, im sure you already know how to do this.
