Some kits in annihilation are almost never played, like defender or slime. It whould be a really good idea if every week some kits got buff (or nerf) so you could see all kits activr in the server. If you don't like the buff idea you could do xp week buff like: 29-5-2017 with 5-6-2017 slime kit and defender kit has x4 xp booster. This would be a awesome idea for inactive kits!
