Efficiency doesn't just mean muting, it means making correct mutes which your short temper prevented you from doing.
Don't exactly remember, but your final demotion had something to do with your brother as well, can't remember if it was cheating or ban/mute avoiding or just doing something stupid in chat. And the fact you were already demoted 2 times before that.
4h+ on each server means you spent at least a minimal of 12 hours each day playing, which is bs and most of your activity came from being afk.
It's easy to call on no proof when it has been over a year since it happened.

Falsifying facts that most of the time I am afk? No, out of the 4+ hours on each server, only around 30 minutes is spent for afk. The rest are all time active moderating the chat. And yes, I am short-tempered as I DO NOT tolerate nuisance of any kind.
