    I found out that whe can't buy ranks anny more in annihilation.and i got rank T but are they gonna remove the personal boosters by the people that already got one????!!!

    Nope. Everybody's rank that've been bought before is kept.
    Buying more legacy ranks is removed due to the EULA.

    No. Current ranks which was paid for are kept as it is ,
    You just can't Buy any more
