Wanted to ask if ely.by is allowed on the server with the skins please reply ty

 

I don't know what that does but, if it doesn't affect gameplay then sure.

 

yes its allowed I think since it only changes your character's skin, the only thing using ely.by is that other players will only see the default skin set by the server(guildcraft) while you see what you set on ely.by as your skin.
