    Hey.
    I had a problem and I contacted a member of staff in-game and they told me I should create a support ticket. Is this the place or am I lost?

    Hey Chissey,

    You can create a support ticket by clicking on the 'Support Ticket' tab, then clicking on 'Submit New Ticket'. I hope this helps, and good luck on your ticket!
