as you can see I know the rules. I never accused him of having a hack, I never said the name of the hack. If you feel like muting me, go ahead. But I believe I never said something like 'that dude has killaura or that player has xray'

Dirkie, by telling them to stop using "that" and that it'll get them banned, in addition to explaining what the hack does, it's the equivalent of saying the name of the hack. If you comment anything in chat that may cause the hacker to turn off their respective hacks, you're infringing on the ability of the staff member to deduce whether or not they were actually using the hack because once mentioned, they'll turn it off and act as if nothing ever happened.
