    Name of offense: Attempted tp-killing
    Server: Survival
    Date and time: 3/30/17 ~19:15 eastern time
    Evidence: After getting the tp request I accepted and immediately flew up. When hitting my screenshot button, I accidentally hit F1 as well, hiding the chat. Here's his set up. If I weren't able to fly, I'd have died.
