»bought unban didnt receive it after 5 min

I bought unban tier 1 for my acc haha4275 just like anni admin told me on forum earlier but did not receive it after 5 minutes please help dont know what to do cause i bought unban tier 2 before on account Jobdoesplay and didnt got unban cuz i bought the wrong tier and unban for the wrong acc i would like to get my unban

@Job Zaalberg You realize that GuildCraft only permits one account per user, right? As zwaan111 said...you're only allowed one account. I'm not sure why you're using one account, and attempting to unban another account. From how you made it seem you're actively operating both accounts, which is bannable. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the impression your post has given me.

 

WOW dude in 2013 or something like that i didnt had a premium account yet at that time i got banned on haha4275 a cracked account but recently i got my premium account jobdoesplay and recently i bought unban tier 2 for the account jobdoesplay there was a mistake of me tho i should have bought tier 1 and shoulda bought it for the account haha4275 that is banned so basicly i didnt knew what account to buy unban for (my new account or my old cracked acc) and what tier to buy im not able to operate through 2 accounts if 1 is Perm IP banned and i know alting is not allowed i just didnt knew what account to buy unban for (again the new account or my old account wich i got banned for) but the reason im here is cause i bought unban tier 1 for my banned acc as the anni admin said along with @zwaan111 and did not receive it within 5 mins like the screen said or in the store within 1 hour would like some help with this and idk why your thinking that im using 2 accounts for nothing as i am clearly stating in my posts im not sure wich account to buy unban for
