»Titles in Kit pvp bugged help ASAP

i bought the title UmadBro? and the title #420BlazeIt basicly what happens is that i equip it and after 5 mins or so it disappears when i hold tab its not there anymore and when i ask other people in game if its still there they say it's gone i think this is a bug but could be that u guys put it like this cause the IGNS will be too long but that would seem a bit unlogical cause then you only buy a title which is there for 5 minutes and then it's gone.

would like some help on this one!

update: i noticed that my tag stays if i am in spawn but as soon as i join in game to pvp it disapears within 5 minutes
