    Hi there.
Welcome to my suggestion! I would appreciate it if you all would give me some feedback about my suggestion, every opinion counts.
In my opinion, adding the '/staff' command would benefit players by allowing them to see what staff members are online at the time without having to guess which staff member is online on a certain server. Sure, we could always use '/helpop' but I have seen that more than a few players are not familiar with the command. Along with that, it allows you to see what staff members are and are not active- just in case you would like to bring that up to higher ranked staff members. You could make the argument of "Players would spam the staff members" or "Players will abuse the command." However, that is still possible with '/helpop'. I have worked on a server in the past with around 800 players per day, and they had this command. While there would be a few players abusing the command, it was mostly safe and people would only contact staff members for reasons of rule breakers. If a staff member does not wish to be contacted at that time or are simply too busy, then they should toggle their messages or go in vanish. Or, if my next idea is implemented, if a staff member happens to be AFK then a player is unable to contact the staff member.

To go along with my previous suggestion, there should be a system also implemented that will tell you if a staff member is away from their keyboard or not, or, AFK. If '/staff' is implemented, it will show you a list of staff members in the servers they are currently in. However, if they are AFK- it will show a tag next to their name and it will make it so players are unable to message them while they are AFK. They could go invisible if they do not want to be messaged or seen at all, but that would make it seem they are never online. I think having AFK next to their name would allow players to know that they are willing to help but are unable to at the moment. People may make the argument of "Staff members should just not be AFK" or "If they are AFK, they should just log off." What they may not see here, is the staff member may have a busy life out of the game and will need to get away for a few minutes before hopping back in game to help out. I don't see what it would hurt to implement this, I feel it would help players if anything.

    Example

This is an example of my Staff AFK System and /Staff command.
    Player: /Staff

    KitPvP

    AsyFrost [AFK]
    Melon333
    Xph11

    Survival

    Parle

    Prison

    UchihaSamy
    Tibo442 [AFK]

I hope everyone will be able to see the advantages of this suggestion, and we will be able to expand off it!
    Cheers,
    Peachiie

The bad thing about this is that hackers would be able to use this to check if any admins are on... If yes they would probably turn their hacks off which would make it harder for us to catch them.

You could make it so if the staff are in vanish they wont show.

I see where you are coming from, but remember that there are so many players on each server that it's a risk even going on the server. Reports are a thing as well, players are basically a staff members' second set of eyes. Hackers are always at risk to be caught. Instead of looking at it as a harder way to catch them, look at it as another reason for them to not hack. What is the point of hacking if you know staff members will always be online? However, you can always go in vanish if you truly feel they would hide away at the sight of your name.
The AFK idea is mostly for players to know that a staff member is online, but unavailable at the moment. Just to show that they are active and willing to help.

This would be nice for staff members only (the /staff command). Or even it's for players as well, admins and higher when doing /v or /vanish could "delete" their name from the /staff command just like they do in TAB. (as @rewardedcarton said)

I would love to use /staff to see who's online (staff members) in survival for example.

The /AFK command is available for Admins to use to portray to the server if they're AFK or not. Though this isn't for moderators or helpers, it displays a message in the chat for every user to see. It goes like this: .000.png

Though the disadvantage of this is that newer players onto the server (e.g joined 2 mins ago) will not be able to see this message, and if they needed a member of staff, they'd be pestering until they return.

Though the idea about having [AFK] beside their name is a nice touch, I like that. It'd be useful for the statement I provided above.

    Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! I feel like all staff members should get this command, but I guess that is really up to the staff team.
