Sometimes head admins are busy so they cannot respond to every application. Sometimes it might be a test in order for them to know how patient and mature you are. However, if you want to have a respond, you can contact the head^admin of the server you applied. Good luck .
When you apply you get a message saying "If after 10 days your application still hasn't got a reply, please contact the H-A of the server you applied on." However, I would wait like 11-12 days because there still is a chance they'll reply then, and if you reply immediately on the 10 day mark I think that kind of proofs impatience. If you message the H-A before the 10 days it just proofs 100% you're impatient and you're probably getting denied unless your application and history was really good.

Just be patient. Sometimes patience shows maturity.. it's been 10 days since yoy applied. Others waited over 6 mounths..
you too man lel I am waiting to to become staffs since I joined this server, year ago or something... but I won't give up!
