Well asy I disagree with u, because this will give alot of new ppl a better chance for mod, also a better chance for HAs to decied if they r good or no, they can also be called (Jr Mod)

 

Hey team, I really like your thinking, if there is this type of rank this will be very useful because the staffs don't have to think a lot what "mods" are doing and is it correct, since there is a "trial-mod" rank, I am glad that you made this post!

totally agree i would also like to add that they should allow mods to ban (like 1 day or 12 hr bans not huge bans) for the very obvious and blatant hackers or other people.

Tbh it should've been like this:

Helper->Mod->Admin

As far as i know, helper pretty much has the same power as moderators do, correct me if i'm wrong.

 

Yeah, helper is 1 degree higher and can see /h.
