I leave this guys faction, he says I am a wimp. I had his cords, so I told him I did and this is what he said:

 

This obviously isn't enough proof to ban however, I will keep my eye on that player in the future.
Next time please provide some more convincing proof such as, A video or more in-depth screenshots rather than just chat logs.
