    I don't think this is worth reporting but i am doing it anyway.

    That isn't muteable, plus it is in /msg, staff can't mute people in /msg. If he is annoying u, just do /ignore CooolBrine

    This is not muteable because he was using /msg.
    You can use /ignore <name> to ignore him.
