»WAKE UP STAFF!!

My friend and I both submitted support for account hackers. It's been TWO DAYS and still not a single reply! The hacker will be able to get back into the currently banned account (griefing) in 2 days and we need to solve this problem asap!
So I'm calling out the high rank staff: WAKE UP AND HELP!! YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY AS "STAFF"!
The server is getting worse day by day with hackers and log-in problems! We're losing valuable members and gaining hackers!

 

Yes I know I'm a jerk for doing this but I'm desperate to save a friend from quitting Bc of stupid hackers

 

Support, what do you mean. A support ticket. That is the wrong section. The player should be reported in the reports player section.

 

@MonsterStorm told me to file a support ticket so thats what i did..

 

you cant report the player that hacked his acc, if you dont know the players ign, also you file a support ticket with proof that the acc is yours.

 

Use support ticket for lost password or donation issue.

Use report a player section to report players.

There is nothing else to discuss about, therefore thread will be locked, please do not create more threads like this in the future, in a case you don't know what to do there's always a section where you can ask questions.
