I had the same issue, but then I discovered that my country blocked TS (**** them, right?). All what you've to do is download a VPN, I use Hotspot Shield as it's free and good. This is their website https://www.hotspotshield.com/ . You don't need a tutorial on how to download it, and install it as an 8 year-old could do that. After you finish everything, open up Hotspot shield and press on "connect" then open up TS, connect to any server you want, after you connect to a TS server, disconnect from Hotspot Shield, as if you keep using it, you won't be able to do anything on the web, and you won't be able to play online games, as it limits your internet speed to 1 mbps, if I remember correctly. Hope I helped!
