The economies are not very well thought out, there are not enough items in the shop, dirt is too plentiful (supposed to be a struggle to get). The economy needs a sink or it will stagnate, something for wealthy players to blow there cash on. I suggest a new crate where keys are purchased with in game money or god picks or some of the spawners or something Factions economy has some really good sinks, sky needs some too. On sky block the allotment of claim blocks is probably a bit too generous for ranked players as everyone gets a huge island and they are only used in t he nether or end. The nether is all jacked, someone claimed a long claim across the only way out unless you can fly, why not just let people warp to random places with nether portals like we used to? Either that or setup a bit of a warp area with plots or something.
