    We have strict rules for regular players, but the rules for staff members are very blurred for the community.

    We have seen in the past that some staff members, due to their personal vendetta against a particular player, unfairly punish them.

    What I demand is that the head admins, and aXed himself sit together and create solid rules for staff members.

    Let's say that some admins allow upto 3 letters of capsing (XXX), some allow upto 4 (XXXX). So a player may believe either of the two and may get muted. He / she would be absolutely furious and would rant in the forums.
    (Muting over caps is just a minor but common example).

    Its often seen in competitive servers (Factions, PracticePvP etc.) Admins do play along players, and perhaps due to their hate against enemies, the admins may ban them for the slightest of the sketchiest scenarios.

    Admins receive a lot of support from the community (usually). Often ban-requests are soon locked down, leaving the player helpless. This has caused us to lose a lot of innocent players (especially PvPers).

    I request @aXed to lay down strict rules for the staff members; like how many characters of spam may lead to a mute, how many warnings shall be given to a new player. How many of those "slightly sketchy" moments may lead to a ban, etc.

    This could possibly bring players back & could help players fight back better for their unbans making the decision less monopolistic for the staff.

    Not even Head-Admins are always fair towards other players, we've seen this with Melon333 for example..

    There are already rules in places for stuff like this. If you think a staff is muting unfairly, you can talk to their head admin

    Hello,
    Agreed , I have been working with other Head admins last few days to update the rules and Staff guidelines and also removing strict rules for example ( msging a player famous server ip to duel on)
    And We have staff guidelines that staff should follow ( a document with all the rules and the mute/ban punishments) who don't follow the guidelines get demoted.
    That's why we have removed player-admin rank from factions for some situations like this and If a staff member tries to get his enemy banned by any possible way, We do punish them
    Indeed There are a lot of false bans , We have been trying to work on something which will teach new admins about how hacks works

    We do have strict rules for staff members, and Those who treat players differently get demoted/warned
    If you get unfairly muted/banned You can contact the Head admin of the staff member, Or Any online Head admin.

    Please let me know If you have similar suggestions for rules
