Players were getting hit and no one was there.I asked an ally that also got killed by him and a few other players if they see anything they all said no.I again asked the ally the name of the guy that tagged him he said "Noxus123"

 

It's a client-side bug:

-Requesting lock

 

Not only me,everyone couldn't see him.3 People jumped on my ally that was in there before he got killed by him then he killed every single one of them and they all were confused and don't know how or what was hitting them

 

Admins can't ban a hacker without enough proof.
Try recording a video next time.

Your proof is not valid nor good enough try recording next time there are potions that can cause what you saw after all particles are disabled on the server.

The admins cant ban him due to lack of proof.

From my experience on faction i can say he is not a hacker i never played with him but i have fought versus him many time i haven't seen any strange movement.
