Obviously it seems as though we are missing some part of the story here. Evidence won't be terribly necessary, as that might be too hard to obtain, but I have no doubt that the community would love to hear your full side of the story and an explanation as to why he wasn't demoted when he crossed those lines in the past.

You make it sound as though he intentionally did this knowing full well that you were away and that it was going to piss you off. If this doesn't sound like jumping to a conclusion because you dislike the guy then I don't know what is.

What staff rank is HeadNab again? Ik sounds like a head admin, but prefixes like GlobalNab sound like Global Admin and I've seen plenty of those without any prefix removals going around. Again, not one of those people knew it was against the rules. If tons of other people would do this, people who have had prefixes for ages and so should know the rules, then what is to say noah didn't know that his prefix breached the rules too? Why does it have to be related to you?



Did he call himself a HeadAdmin? No. Therefore did he violate the rules? Not according to this. Someone might have misunderstood that he was HeadAdmin due to his prefix, but I don't see a rule for that. Might I suggest changing the rule to:
"Do not use tags such as owner, admin or any other prefix or nickname with a staff tag or one that sounds similar to a staff rank e.g. HeadFarmer (HeadAdmin) or GlobalTitan (GlobalAdmin)"

Kindly clarify your damned rules before doing something extreme like this. Its sad to see that unclear rules led to this dispute which sparked the demotion.

If you don't want to argue because I am just raging and won't listen then ignore this or just say so in PM or something.

I just noticed you said it was pointed at you. I didn't even know you had 10 days off before i read your post here. I had this prefix on all global rank servers even before i had it on kitpvp so i really question you thinking it was aimed at you. Why would i do that? I never said you are a bad headadmin, and i still don't. That we don't like eachother is clear but that doesn't mean i think that how you do your job is incorrect.

 

Amazing how u cant even say a "thank you for being a great staff for 1.5 year" like honestly, do you think too good of yourself that you cant even say thanks instead. Besides that youre so hypocritcal, like for real dude? Everytime I talk to you or hear you talking on teamspeak all I hear is: kanker **** KANKER ****!!! And when some1 says it to you its suddenly a bad think? Ok.

Aight after that, let's get the actual post itself. Lmao being demoted for having "headnub" in your prefix is just retarded, I see literally like 20 ppl through the day who have stuff such as "global-noob" "global-retard" etc, I dont see these people get punished for that either, do you? No you dont. And I totally agree on the other part too, trying to fight getting muted for a stupid reason is simply a lost hope, admins won't admit it when theyre wrong anyways... theyre "too good for that".
Like honestly, when its benefical for admins they'll say: "we aren't robots we're human too, we can make mistakes too". And when it isnt benefical for them they wont ever admit theyre wrong lol.

Since some people here don't thank you for your work here I'll just do it...

Unfortunately, what you said about **** is a joke to many people. But ya know what? It's not a joke and neither are mental disabilities or anything along those lines. I've seen families that have had it really hard because a son had autisim. He will go through the rest of his life hardly knowing what he's doing. And people joke about that? My dad nearly died of **** a few months ago and you think it's a joke? People also joke about suicide and I don't find that very funny either. There are many people that have had the hardship of a family member/friend commiting suicide.

People may joke about it, but it isn't a joke. It's a reality.

 

Everyone that is insulting @AsyFrost for doing all this, if asy did something so terrible do you think he would still be staff rn? The head admins or aXed would of taken care of it already. Hating on asy isn't gonna solve anything, it's just gonna add more conflict than before.

 

I don't know you. However, you seem like a great person! I'm sorry about your uncle. Of course, it's pretty tough forgetting him. The fact you getting demoted over a prefix & being noticed for swearing at asy after 3 months is total bs. I hope you find somewhere better where your emotions will rise steadily. Goodbye

a prefix saying Head-Nab? Cmon , almost all the good staffs got demoted for minor reasons , like accidentally issuing an ip in the pub chat . You gotta stop this

 

first of u don't know the full story,
second putting an ip in pub chat u know that kid got ddos a couple times after that.
if u don't like how things go then quit we have some rules and we don't make exceptions.
