»is this a bug?

I dont have the required stuff to apply but it says builder i was hoping to apply for helper but it only says builder is this a glitch

This isn't a bug or glitch. You are required to have at least 30 posts before you can apply for Moderator/Helper. The other requirements are:

At least 15 years old. (14 or younger, don't apply.)
Active for at least 3 months.
Knowledge and Experience in and about Minecraft.
English (Language) *Proper English grammar.
Knowing our rules by heart.
Adult and neutral behavior.
Clean history for at least 3 months. (Small mutes don't matter)
You are not allowed to be staff on another server​

Do not post farm to reach that goal of 30 posts though. It reduces your chance to be accepted greatly.
