    There is a rule called don't be a Mini-Mod, that means that you don't have to say to people to stop that,etc,but you can report him

    It doesn't really apply in game. Mini modding is like commenting on reports that you are not involved in like giving your opinion on it or telling them to use the proper format, while staff members can do that instead.

    Now for the report, i'm going to school right now, so I'll leave this open for someone else to deal with it. :)
