»Helpop doesnt work

Iam muted by disrescpect the staff, there was a hacker so i used /Helpop 10 times, no reaction. I asked in the chat is there a helper or admin online? No reaction, So i said the staff is so inactive. I can do better, i got muted for 1 dag and 12 our. Why doesnt anwer or help me if i ask??
