Your english doesn't make any sense sometimes / often.

I'm in position to say it because I was staff for about a year and i have experience about it, and you for that matter.

You can't take constructive criticism, something you need to handle if you're gonna be staff, and in my eyes you're too stubborn to try to change.

You should just try to shut up before you fall to the bottom of the well.

Plenty of people who "challange" me are still playing until today, haven't bought any unban.
Had a chat with someone today, he told me that with all the current staff around abusing etc it was hard to find staff that is actually good for the server. And that it is sad(If I remember correctly) that people take advantage of new admins and think they can do whatever they want.

Which exactly leads me to the following mental problem most of you have.

New Admin: Doesn't exactly know what to take from members and what to discourage into doing.
OG Admin: Knows perfectly fine what is fine and what is not.

OG member, talks with the new admin and tries crossing boundaries to test the admin.
OG member gets away with what he did or said, thinks he can do it again.
New admin takes it over and over, because he doesn't know he shouldn't take that as normal.

OG member thinks he is a sick kiddo and tries it on OG admin, and gets his head bashed to the ground.
OG member isn't used to this and thinks he has a right to complain about what is wrong or right.
OG member makes false statements and puts his disrespect gangster goggles on.
Then OG member is surprised and feels violated because he gets banned.

Violated OG member is very hurt and cannot control his emotions and tries his luck another time on the forums and again he doesn't know what is wrong or right so what the hell, he'll just create a nice thread about how the OG admin is a the worst admin ever because people are DEFINED by one action(Please don't start the rant about hacking and they are defined a hacker after one time being banned) and from that day on the OG admin is a scumbag and he gets the unlimited, super deluxe OG hate session of the emotionally violated OG member and his gang of emotionally hurt fan boys. Because shit, being good at pvp now means you're right in every aspect.

Tl;dr 11/10 of the faction players are emotionally hurt 24/7 and reflects their mistakes onto the admin doing his job.

I enjoyed typing this and thank you, that you gave me the possibility to express my undoubted, never ending love for our OG emotionally violated and hurt members.

And i would never say you false banned me. You banned me 3 times on forums: totaly justified.
A few times in game: totaly justified.
