I am suggesting that it is better to add when post are being locked it should say

Like that so that admins can't just secretly lock posts which is reporting them or something like that.

Well, admins usually say -Locked at the end of a post. There's very few threads that are locked without an admin stating that they're locking it. So not much point in this.
