So on the mushroom map Mayce, on the yellow team, the part where the enchanting table is placed, you can go ahead and break it, alongside with the bookshelfs and even go as far as too placing blocks there so this could lead to players breaking the enchanting table and throwing them off the map and therefore no more enchants... proof:
