I really want to trade claimblocks so if this can be added it will be good

There is no real mechanism to trade claim blocks, they could enable the server to allow players to buy and sell claim blocks (usually you sell at a loss). I would wait until after they start obeying the EULA before expecting something like this to be enabled.
